【Shipping Carrier】We will deliver your order via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin Compact or Takkyubin).

[Shipping Fee]

• Nationwide (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa): Free

• Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture: 1,000 yen (tax included) *Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.

[Regarding Cash on Delivery (Takkyubin Collect)]

You can also pay for your order upon delivery using cash on delivery.

Please note that if you choose cash on delivery, in addition to the product price and shipping fee, a flat fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged as a "cash on delivery fee".

*If the total price of the goods exceeds 10,000 yen, a handling fee will be applied according to Yamato Transport's regulations.

[Delivery Time] Orders are usually shipped within 10 business days after order completion (or after payment confirmation for bank transfers). *If the selection and setting of natural stones takes time, we will contact you separately.
