2. The sales contract shall be concluded when our shop sends an email to the user confirming receipt of the order.

Article 3 (Characteristics of Natural Stone Products)

1. Because the products sold in our shop use natural stones, each item will vary in color, shape, and size.

2. Cracks, inclusions, and minor chips inherent to natural stones are considered part of the stone's unique character and do not constitute defects.

Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges )

1. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the product not matching expectations or ordering the wrong item.

2. We will only replace the product with a new one or issue a refund if the product has a clear defect or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Article 5 (Prohibited matters)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

• Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks included in this service (such as design imitation or unauthorized reproduction of images)

• Purchase for the purpose of resale
